First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called obinutuzumab in 33 adults with a relapsing form of a rare autoimmune disease that inflames blood vessels (PR3-ANCA granulomatosis with polyangiitis). The goal is to see if the drug can stop disease activity and normalize blood markers within 6 months, while safely reducing steroid use. Participants receive the drug intravenously and are monitored for side effects and remission.
