First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether the drug obinutuzumab can quickly lower harmful antibodies that attack the kidneys in people with a type of kidney disease called membranous nephropathy. Twenty adults with high-risk disease will receive two infusions two weeks apart, and possibly two more after six months if needed. Researchers will track antibody levels, kidney function, and side effects over one year.
