Summary
This study tested a new way to help adults with obesity lose weight using personalized health planning in group medical visits. Eleven motivated adults aged 30 to 60 with a BMI between 35 and 50 took part. The approach tracked weight, blood pressure, waist size, and mood changes over time. Results may show whether this group method works better than standard care for weight loss.
