NCT ID NCT07355933
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how losing weight through diet changes body fat and metabolic health in 74 adults with excess weight. Participants followed a 12-week low-calorie diet. The goal was to see if losing more fat for the same amount of weight loss leads to better health improvements. This was an observational study, not a treatment trial.
