Summary
This study looks at how tirzepatide, a diabetes and weight-loss drug, helps people with obesity and a type of heart failure called HFpEF. Researchers will measure blood volume and body fat in 50 patients over 15 months to understand why the drug improves symptoms. The goal is to learn more about the disease and how tirzepatide works, not to test a new cure.
