New weekly Weight-Loss shot shows promise in Mid-Stage trial

Summary
This study tests a new once-weekly injection called MET097 to help people with obesity or overweight lose weight. About 225 adults will receive either MET097 or a placebo for 28 weeks. The main goal is to see how much weight they lose compared to those on placebo.
