Summary
This study is testing a new care program for people with obesity. The program, called the Chronic Disease Unit, offers personalized support and education to help patients feel more confident in managing their health. Researchers will measure changes in self-confidence and whether the program meets patients' needs. The study involves 133 adults in France.
