Summary
This study looked at whether a program of physical exercise combined with a daily supplement of leucine and arginine could help obese adults with metabolic syndrome lose body fat and improve their health. About 79 participants took part. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce fat mass and improve related health measures like blood pressure and blood sugar.
