NCT ID NCT07371598
First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether muffins made from a special type of oat (Royal Ancient Oats™) can help control blood sugar and digestion better than regular oat muffins or white flour muffins. About 38 healthy adults aged 35-65 with slightly high body weight will eat different muffins and have their blood sugar monitored for 24 hours. The goal is to see if these ancient oats lead to steadier blood sugar and improved feelings of fullness.
