Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called O&D-001 for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to other therapies. The treatment uses specially engineered immune cells (CAR T cells) that target two proteins, BCMA and GPRC5D, on myeloma cells. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, with 18 participants expected.
