Summary
This study tested Nyxol eye drops, alone or with low-dose pilocarpine, to improve near vision in people with presbyopia (age-related blurry close-up vision). 333 adults aged 40 to 64 took part. The goal was to see if the drops help them read small print without losing distance vision. Results may offer a non-surgical option for clearer near sight.
