Eye drops could replace reading glasses for millions

Summary
This study tested whether Nyxol eye drops, used alone or with low-dose pilocarpine, can improve near vision in people with presbyopia (age-related trouble focusing up close). 333 adults aged 40 to 64 took part. The goal was to see if the drops help people read small print without losing distance vision.
