Summary

This study tests a new treatment for children, teens, and young adults with a rare type of blood cancer (ALK+ anaplastic large cell lymphoma) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The approach combines an immunotherapy drug (nivolumab) with chemotherapy, followed by a stem cell transplant from a donor. The goal is to improve survival while managing side effects.
