Summary
This study tests a drug called brigatinib in children and young adults (ages 1 to 25) with certain cancers that have an ALK gene change. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the drug is safe and works against these tumors. About 65 participants will take brigatinib pills, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well the cancer responds.
