First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at whether providing daily nutritional supplements through a meal delivery service can improve the health of malnourished older adults who live alone. Thirty participants will receive their preferred supplement (powder with milk or soy milk) for 12 months, while researchers track changes in their nutrition, muscle strength, mobility, and mood. The goal is to see if this simple support can help seniors stay stronger and healthier at home.
