First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a special dietary supplement can improve sleep quality in adults who have trouble sleeping. About 140 men and women aged 35-65 with mild sleep issues will take either the supplement or a placebo (fake pill) for a period of time. Their sleep will be tracked using a smart ring and questionnaires to see if the supplement really helps.
