Diet and supplements tested to halt blood cancer before it starts

Summary
This study looks at whether a plant-based diet, omega-3 and curcumin supplements, or a placebo can change gut bacteria in people with early blood conditions called MGUS and smoldering multiple myeloma. The goal is to see if these changes might help prevent the conditions from turning into active multiple myeloma. About 180 participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups for at least 12 weeks.
