Summary
This study tests whether a nutrition program focused on healthy eating patterns can lower cardiovascular risk in 88 adults with bipolar disorder. Participants will either receive usual care or add dietary counseling sessions with a dietitian. The goal is to see if better food choices improve blood markers, body measurements, and heart risk scores.
