Pill and Push-Ups: new study aims to fortify aging immune systems

Summary
This study looks at whether taking a natural supplement and doing moderate exercise twice a week can improve immune function and reduce stress in people aged 65 and older. Sixty participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for six months while following a supervised exercise program. Researchers will measure changes in blood markers of inflammation and immunity, as well as quality of life.
