Summary
This study tested whether a focused nutrition education program could improve adults' knowledge, attitudes, and eating habits in the United Arab Emirates. 147 adults were split into two groups: one received targeted nutrition lessons, the other general health information. Researchers measured changes using a questionnaire before and after the program. The results will help design better nutrition education to encourage healthier eating.
