Summary
This study tested whether a targeted nutrition education program could improve adults' knowledge, attitudes, and eating habits in the United Arab Emirates. 147 participants were split into two groups: one received focused nutrition lessons, the other general health information. Researchers measured changes using questionnaires before and after the program. Results will help design better nutrition education strategies.
