Summary
This study looked at whether a short series of nutrition classes could improve what teenage female handball players know about sports nutrition and how they eat. 97 athletes from four clubs took part; some got the classes while others continued as usual. The goal was to see if teaching about energy, nutrients, and hydration leads to better eating habits and body changes.
