Can a Pre-Surgery drink cut complications after major bladder surgery?

Summary
This study is testing whether drinking special nutritional supplements before bladder removal surgery can help reduce infections and other complications after the operation. It will involve 232 patients across three Swiss hospitals who are scheduled for this major surgery. Patients will be randomly assigned to receive either the special nutrition drinks or standard care before their operation to see which group has better recovery outcomes.
