Inclusion Criteria: * Aged from 19 to 50 years old * Pregnant between 13 to 20 weeks * Singleton pregnancy * Own any type of android operating system handheld device * Malaysian citizen * Able to read and write in Malay language Exclusion Criteria: * Diagnosed with diabetes mellitus or gestational diabetes mellitus * Diagnosed with hypertensive disorder * Diagnosed with severe hyperemesis gravidarum during current pregnancy * Wearing dental appliances (removable and/or fixed appliance)
