NCT ID NCT06975059

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 39 times

Summary

This study tests a special shoe called NUSHU that has sensors to measure how people with Parkinson's disease walk and balance. It also provides gentle vibrations that might help with walking difficulties. About 40 people with early to advanced Parkinson's and healthy volunteers will try the shoe and give feedback on comfort and ease of use. The goal is to see if the shoe can be a useful tool for tracking gait changes at home.
