Summary
This study tested whether a structured nursing intervention could help patients feel less pain and stress during laser eye surgery for diabetic eye disease. 136 adults were randomly assigned to receive either standard care or standard care plus extra support, including guided breathing and reassurance. The goal was to see if this approach improves comfort and cooperation during the procedure.
