Summary
This study aims to check how reliably nursing homes in Switzerland record important patient information, such as pain levels and medication use. Researchers will work with 30 nursing homes to compare staff records against a 'gold standard' assessment. They will then test a set of training and support tools to see if they can improve the accuracy of this data collection.
