Summary
This study aims to check how reliably nursing homes in Switzerland collect data on important resident health measures, like pain and nutrition. Researchers will work with 30 nursing homes to compare how different staff members record the same information. They will then test a new training program to see if it helps staff collect this data more consistently and accurately.
