Summary
This study tested whether nursing care based on the Levine Conservation Model could reduce fatigue, nerve pain, and anxiety in 68 colorectal cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. Participants were adults aged 18-75 with stage II or III colorectal cancer starting FOLFOX treatment. The approach focused on tailored nursing support to help patients conserve energy and cope with treatment side effects.
