Summary
This study tests a four-week educational program called NSSCEP for 80 pediatric oncology nurses in Jordan. The program teaches stress management, mindfulness, and coping skills to reduce burnout and improve job satisfaction. Nurses will attend four sessions and complete surveys to see if the program helps them feel better and provide better care.
