Summary
This study aimed to understand how rude or uncivil behavior between nurses and their colleagues affects their job satisfaction, sense of meaning, and joy at work. It planned to survey nurses and nursing assistants to see if their confidence and coping skills were related to how they experienced workplace incivility. The study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
