This study aimed to understand how rude behavior between nurses and their colleagues affects their happiness, sense of purpose, and confidence at work. It planned to survey nurses and nursing assistants to see if feeling respected at work is linked to greater job satisfaction. The study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
