Summary

This study tests whether a six-week, nurse-led virtual group program can help adult women with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) find more meaning and purpose in life, and improve their quality of life. Participants attend weekly online group sessions focused on reflection and values exploration, and complete surveys before, during, and after the program. No medications or in-person visits are involved.
