Summary
This study tests a nurse-led program that helps head and neck cancer patients manage symptoms early during radiation therapy. The goal is to see if this approach reduces treatment interruptions compared to standard care. About 170 adults with head and neck cancer will take part. The program focuses on preventing severe side effects so patients can complete their radiation on schedule.
