Summary
This study tested a nurse-led psychoeducation program for people caring for a family member at home. The program included six weekly sessions on topics like infection control, nutrition, and stress management. Researchers measured caregivers' self-efficacy and psychological resilience before and after the program. The goal was to see if this support could help caregivers feel more capable and better able to handle challenges.
