Summary
This study tested whether a nurse-led program with education and an animated video could help patients feel less anxious before coronary artery bypass surgery. Sixty adults were split into two groups: one received the extra program, the other got standard care. The program aimed to lower stress hormones and improve how patients rated their nursing care.
