This study tested a nurse-led educational program for 46 adults with resistant hypertension (high blood pressure not controlled by three or more drugs). The program focused on teaching patients about common side effects like sexual problems and bladder control issues. The goal was to help patients stick with their medications and lower blood pressure by at least 10 points. Results aim to show whether simple education can improve treatment success.
