Summary
This study tested a program led by nurses that combined personalized nutrition advice and supervised exercise for people on hemodialysis. The goal was to see if it could improve their overall quality of life. 120 adults on long-term dialysis took part, with half receiving the program and half getting usual care. The results may help make lifestyle support a standard part of dialysis treatment.
