Can a Self-Care program save nurses from burnout?
NCT ID NCT07175103
Summary
This study tests whether an educational program can help reduce burnout and stress in Jordanian nurses who care for children with cancer. 80 nurses will either attend a special self-care program with workshops on stress management and coping skills, or receive general workplace training. Researchers will compare burnout levels and stress management skills between the two groups after the program.
