Summary
This study is testing an educational program designed to help pediatric oncology nurses in Jordan manage work-related stress and reduce burnout. Nurses will attend four workshops over a month to learn coping strategies like mindfulness and stress management. The program aims to improve nurses' well-being and job satisfaction while caring for critically ill children.
