Summary
This study looks at the long-term safety and effectiveness of NTQ5082 capsules for people with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), a rare blood disorder that destroys red blood cells. About 78 adults who have already benefited from NTQ5082 or are on a standard treatment will take the drug for up to 2 years. The goal is to see if NTQ5082 can maintain healthy hemoglobin levels without needing blood transfusions.
