First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests a gentle, non-invasive neck massage technique called NSCLD to see if it can improve memory and thinking in adults who haven't slept well. Researchers will measure memory and cognitive function in 30 college students before and after the massage. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to ease the mental fog caused by sleep loss.
