First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests if a special, gentle neck massage (called NSCLD) can help improve memory and thinking in adults who are sleep-deprived. 30 college students with poor sleep will receive the massage and take memory and thinking tests. Researchers want to see if this simple, non-invasive technique can offset some of the mental fog caused by not getting enough sleep.
