Summary
This study tested giving the immunotherapy drug tislelizumab, alone or with other treatments, before surgery for stage II to IIIA non-small cell lung cancer. The goal was to see if these treatments could shrink tumors and improve outcomes. 121 adults with operable lung cancer took part. The approach aims to make surgery more effective, but ongoing management may still be needed.
