Summary

This study tested giving the immunotherapy drug tislelizumab, alone or with other treatments, before surgery for stage II to IIIA non-small cell lung cancer. The goal was to see if these treatments could shrink tumors and improve outcomes. 121 adults participated, and the main measure was how many had a major response in their tumor tissue after treatment.
