First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study uses a magnetically-controlled capsule (a tiny camera you swallow) to look at stomach damage caused by NSAIDs (common painkillers like ibuprofen). Researchers will compare 180 people who take NSAIDs long-term with those who don't. The goal is to better understand how these drugs injure the stomach lining.
