Summary
This study looks at whether giving doctors a quick summary of their patient's work-related challenges can improve recovery and return to work. About 1,100 adults with issues like pain, stress, or anxiety will be randomly assigned to standard care or care with this extra 'nudge.' The goal is to see if this simple change helps people get back to work sooner and feel better.
