Summary

This study tests an oral drug called NS-863 in 135 adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a condition where high blood pressure in the lungs makes the heart work harder. Participants will take either NS-863 or a placebo daily for 24 weeks to see if the drug improves blood flow in the lungs and is safe. The goal is to find the best dose to help control the disease.
