New combo therapy aims to revive immune response in stubborn cancers

NCT ID NCT05605496

First seen Feb 11, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding an experimental drug called NP137 to standard immunotherapy can help control advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to treatment alone. About 57 adults with various advanced or metastatic solid tumors will receive NP137 alongside their usual PD-1/PD-L1 blocker. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow disease progression.
