Summary
This study tests a new skin barrier cream against plain petrolatum (Vaseline) in 26 adults with mild skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, or dry skin. Participants apply the cream twice daily for 28 days. Researchers measure skin hydration, redness, and itch to see if the new product works as well or better than petrolatum.
